Domino's Pizza in Worms

Employee on the phone annoyed and unfriendly! Last night at 10:44 p.m. I wanted to place a larger order for myself and my colleagues on the night shift by phone. When the lady finally answered the phone (after the third call attempt), Plump was told that it would be over at 11 p.m. and that I should order a little earlier. Since there is a strict cell phone ban in my company and I had no way of ordering online, I called from the business landline, which always calls “anonymously”. The lady said that she was only allowed to take phone orders with the number displayed anyway. When I explained to her that I had no other option, she said that there was nothing she could do now! My suggestion to give her the landline number so that she can call me back, she rejected with a clear "No"! Dominos you more than disappointed me last night! We often order to our company in Pfaffenwinkel, but after yesterday that was definitely done for me.

Corona rules are not implemented - unfortunately only show! Apparently the employee does not understand what is going on - mask under the mouth, customer without mask, customer behind the window ... you don't feel comfortable there !! .. a pity ...

If you order food at 7.30 p.m. for 9 p.m. ... then food arrives at 9.45 p.m. and you don't have time to eat anymore and throw everything away .... And there wasn't even a message that it would take longer .... Thank you for nothing 🤦‍♂️

I ordered pizza from here for myself and my family for my parents' golden wedding anniversary. She was 45 minutes late, cold and limp. I will never go back here and I only order pizza from Pizza Point. 😤

Living 4 km from the restaurant (entrance to Worms- Pfeddersheim). Nevertheless, we are not within the delivery radius. Every little kebab / pizza stall from Worms delivers here. After I called the store and asked whether an exception would be made for an order over € 50, it was still declined. Apparently the shop is doing very well 🤨

Unfortunately, I can no longer rate the food from Domino's, as the 3 km to Horchheim are no longer in the delivery area, rather clumsy for a delivery service. I just hope that the pizzas are better than the last operator at the beginning of the year, because the service leaves a lot to be desired.

I was then a manager of a Domino's branch in the Gulf States. I was happy to be able to eat here again at Domino's. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. The quality of the pizza has nothing in common with the Domino's pizza that I knew. Both the dough and the topping were not at the usual level.

Very disappointing when a delivery service apparently only delivers to the city center. You have won me as a customer and tell me after it was still 2 weeks ago that all of a sudden it is no longer being delivered to Weinsheim? As such a big chain, more than embarrassing. I am very disappointed and will avoid dominos.

The food is just perfect. So far, I haven't had any complaints about any order. And Mike is arguably the friendliest delivery man I've ever met. Top 👍🏼

I paid on the spot and wanted to have it brought to me because I had no time in the end I had to pay the same again and for the money I could have bought 3pizzrn on the spot

Pre-ordered online and picked up. It worked out great. Pizza was great.

Fresh ingredients? Nothing! The salami on my pizza was greenish and inedible. Hygiene and cleanliness in the store are underground. Corona rules are not exactly followed at all. Mouth nose protection or distance from employees is in vain.

New leadership and everything is running. After so many bad experiences with dominos, I was pleasantly surprised today. Nice driver, fast delivery and ALL special requests fulfilled, as it should be. I will order again

Order on the spot! Recorded quickly! Pizzas were also pretty fast, my pizza parlor was in one place gebrant, drinks fridge as good as empty, as a selection box there was only Fanta or Sprite and the 2 hours before closing time, in terms of flavor, there was nothing to complain about!
